Natural ice cream contains minerals, vitamins A, D, E, P, B vitamins, and even the amino acid L-tryptophan, which calms the nervous system. Fruit ice cream is also rich in vitamin C. But it should be remembered that ice cream, especially ice cream, is a high-calorie product, so people who are prone to fullness, and with a high level of cholesterol in the blood, are allowed to use it no more than once a week. There is another reason why you should not abuse the delicacy – caries. Ice cream and popsicles contribute to the appearance of microcracks in the enamel of the teeth, which, in turn, lead to caries. It is very harmful to bite ice cream! Such “cooling” threatens with the appearance of caries on the front teeth.
